Tamara is an herbalist based in Prince Edward County Ontario. She uses local wild & cultivated plants as food & medicine, helping people to achieve, restore and maintain vibrant health in body, mind and spirit. Tamara is also an educator, empowering people with the knowledge to use plant medicines themselves. She teaches classes and leads plant identification walks, informing people about the nutritive & medicinal bounty that grows all around us.
